I've been doing business with Freeman Mazda since I moved to the area in summer 2014. When looking to service the Mazda I had at the time, they Freeman Mazda team welcomed me with open arms. I never felt pressured to purchase a service that I didn't think was necessary. I appreciate the service advisors for always going over the service with me before I leave and keeping me updated while I wait. Nearly 8 years and leased 3 new Mazda vehicles since summer 2014 from Freeman Mazda, the service continues to be above and beyond! Terri is always so nice and attentive. She usually walks through the waiting area to offering refreshments and just making sure everyone is comfortable. Terri, Angela, Shane, and Salavdor have taken great care of me over the years. While the service department was always clean and comfortable during my visits, I love the newly renovated service department and waiting area. I really enjoy the text updates received during my service visit. The technician even sends a video (text & email) of all the work been performed on your vehicle. It's very hard to find great cars, superior sales and service all in one. Mazda & Freeman Mazda has managed to breakthrough by excelling in all areas, which is why I continue to remain loyal to the Mazda brand and Freeman Mazda. More
