We've been to two other dealerships (Garden Grove, HB) and to be honest, the sale reps were pressuring so much that they scared us away. Ryan Q. and Kevin L. at Norm Reeves were genuine, very professional, and understanding. The only thing I didn't like was that the car (Ioniq) already had 100+ miles on it. They didn't have another vehicle in stock so we ended up buying that one with the mileage. Overall, great experience and highly recommended. More

I loved the fact that I was out of there within two hours with my new vehicle washed and gas tank filled up. I also liked how I got a free first oil change and 10 year warranty on my vehicle. Then this ?ar was turned off many times in the middle of the freeway !one month ago the battery stopped working! I both a new one for my money, but I have a warranty. On Sunday from the speakers began to emit a loud strange sound , there was a smell of burnt wiring and smoke. after diagnostics at the dealership in the Mission Hills they told that the guarantee will not cover as the original wires are disconnected and some others are connected . They said the dealer where I bought it did something for the car!!! I towed my car to Cerritos where I bought it. After diagnostics they call me and told I have to pay $ 900 for fixing this. I feel cheated!!! I feel crushed!!! I do not recommend buying Hyundai!!! More
