Back in or around September, 2011. One of Honda's Technicians claimed I needed all kinds of work done on the car including replacing all 4 breaks, and a couple of rotors. He claimed that the front breaks were down to 5% and the back breaks also needed to be replaced. Recently, on or around April 3, 2012, a new Technician named Oscar, who I trust more then the other Technicians opinion, only told me the front breaks were down to 10%. How the front breaks mysteriously grown in size when I put over 12,000 miles on the car? He also noted that the back breaks were ok. John Rathman, who I contacted, called me back, and told me he wrote up Oscar for mis reporting the information of the back breaks. First off, the Technician from September should not only be terminated but criminally investigated for fraud. He tried to bill for $1,000 in car maintenance, that obviously did not need to be done. John wrote up Oscar for basically stating the back breaks were 100% which was not true but nevertheless, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. John called me on the phone to tell me that the Technician got written up basically because I had indicated that I could go to the Auto Beaura, and they could prove their was some strong dishonesty involved with the tech technician from September, 2011. He made no mention of how the Technician from September claimed all kinds of work on my breaks needed to be done, which now proves to be fruitless. I feel he wrote Oscar up on a technicallity, but did not address the real issue which is what they tried to tell what was wrong with the car back in Sep, 2011. He made no statement about that incident, which is clear there was dishonesty involved with the service. He offered me a big $40 credit back to debit card, and still did not address the issue of the stunt that the technician pulled in September, 2011. I am still upset over the fact that I bought the car at this location, have given them numerous business for car accidents and service, and now I feel like they could have very well ripped me off. All of a sudden my blower stopped workig on the car, which controls the AC and the Heater. I know that this location replaced the AC from one of the accidents. I do not feel I have to spend a huge amount of money on something that they should do as a curtisouy. I also am in fear that because I made these complaints that they will retailate by doing something to make so my car will break down. More
I took my 2005 S2000 in for a routine service. As I drove the car for the next week or so (I don't put a lot of miles on it), I noticed a strong fuel odor. I had just put gas in the vehicle so I thought mayb the car for the next week or so (I don't put a lot of miles on it), I noticed a strong fuel odor. I had just put gas in the vehicle so I thought maybe I got some on my shoes and passed it on to the floor mats, but the odor both persisted and, seemingly, got stronger. So, I popped the hood and noticed that the mechanic neglected to return the oil fill cover - there was oil all over the engine compartment - very disappointing. More

Bought my 2000 Accord here and have had all service done here. I'm always treated with friendly, professional people. The service waiting area is always clean and comfortable. I've always been told that taking my car to a dealership for service is probably more expensive; however, I just feel confident that the service techs know Hondas and I get Honda parts. I hope when I buy a new car that I will get a good deal from the new car sales department as I would like to continue going to Fladeboe Honda--as I trust this dealership to provide the good care of my car that I have experienced since 2000. More

Been taking my car here since I bought it in 2003 (almost 9 years) and they've taken pretty good care of me (and the car) over that time. As far as dealer service departments, they seem to be one of the more 9 years) and they've taken pretty good care of me (and the car) over that time. As far as dealer service departments, they seem to be one of the more "honest" and fair in terms of not inventing problems just so they can make a few extra bucks. My car has 90,000 miles now and is having more issues than I think it should considering I've been almost religious about maintenance, but maybe that says more about the quality of Honda than about this service department. I bought my 2007 Honda in September 2007 and have always had excellent service. This time around it was Oscar Scagliotti who took the service call. He was attentive, friendly and professional. The service time was less than 2 hours and that even included a car wash. I love my car - it has never let me down and has never given me even a little bit of trouble. Every time I've had to have the regular service visit, I have been met by friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. You can be very proud of you service staff. Not having met the actual servicing individuals, I can only assume that they are the same. More
I went there for regular maintenance. Roy was really helpful and friendly. He nicely introduced how they would do to my car and how long it could be done. I feel it's just like home. We had trouble with the battery in our 2011 Honda Civic. When we tried to start the car on March 14th our battery had died. We thought that was very unusual since the car is less than 1 year old. We were in San Diego and luckily we were able to get a jump. We drove straight to Fladeboe. We worked with Jared Mix who took the car in immediately to check everything out. A customer representative named Sylvia came and talk with us, as did Patrick Thomas. Slylvia informed us, that they are going to replace the battery, which gave us peace of mind, that we would not have this trouble again. Our sales person walked by, Jim Saber, and asked why we were there, and we spoke to him about what had happened. The whole Fladeboe "Family" is very accomodating, and strives for customer satisfaction. This is why we referred friends to Fladoboe and this is our 3rd time we have leased a car through them Your general manager Patrick Thomas always assures complete satisfaction for all customers.He is a great asset to the dealership!
