Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos - Service Center

We purchased our 2011 Pilot from Tom and Lore Simons last Saturday (8/6) and my wife decided that she wanted the 2nd row seat covers (we have two small boys). I did some research on the eHonda store on Frida Saturday (8/6) and my wife decided that she wanted the 2nd row seat covers (we have two small boys). I did some research on the eHonda store on Friday and then called around to see who had the seat covers. The two local Honda dealers near Costa Mesa where I live, did not have them in stock. I called Norm Reeves next and received their typically excellent service. I spoke with Ramon, the parts manager who informed me that he did have one in stock but, before holding it for me, went and checked to be sure it was new and not a return. He then put it out by the front desk with my name on it so that I could pick it up this morning (Saturday). The price they gave me was outstanding, as was their service when I stopped by this morning. Thanks again, Norm Reeves Honda for having such great customer service and excellent prices. More

I bought my 2007 honda Accord SE and decided to have the windows tinted from the dealership. Upon delivery of my car my sale associate and I walked all around my BRAND new car and admired it. He took it to the back so the windows could get tinted and and a short time later came came with my new car, windows tinted. I drove a short distance home to show off my new car to family and friends when my friend noticed it had SCRATCHES, deep scratches, the entire rear of the car! the scratches were so deep that i had paint curls!!! I immediately called the dealer and told them of the scratches and I was told to come back. My salesman assured me that the scratches would get buffed out and my car would be fine... the had the entire rear of my BRAND NEW car buffed and the scratches were still there. I was told to bring it back tomorrow and my car would get detailed and remove the scratches. I brought my car back and was given a rental so my NEW car could get sent to the BODY SHOP! A week later I was called to pick up my car and when I arrived the scratches were still there and my car smelled of FAST FOOD! (no more new car smell) At this point the manager to the dealership was called and I demanded to receive a new vehicle. My demand was declined! The very next day I took my car to 3 body shops to get estimates of the damages. All three came out around 2,500. I was told the entire rear of my car would have to get painted!!! I returned to Norm Reeves and showed the manager the estimates and was told that they would gladly paint my NEW car for me!! I declined that stupid offer and told him to give me a new car without 2,500 worth of scratches or take 2,500 off my loan balance! he gave me a flat out NO. At that point I told him I would see him in court! I filed in small claims court for the damages plus fees and expenses, 4,200. I was award 4,200! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER! More

Brian was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the vehicle I asked for. I really don't like when sales people try to push you to buy something and he was very good at not doing this. I was referred to your dealership by a coworker. She referred us to Jose Magana, he was so helpful and was able to get us the deal we wanted on our new Honda Accord. They he talked to me I didn't feel any pressure I told him I'm a student and I'm not really looking I just want to do some upgrades to my car and he showed me so many things I can do to my car fuel and economy and with the mods he showed me how I can save money also on parts thanks amir...in the future when I decided to buy a car I will come see you personally and ill be sure to tell my friends and family about you.
