Very bad services I bought my Honda here 3 years ago. They tried to sell me all kind of gold, platinum packages. Did not feel good and reject all of them. I did not service my car there for 3 years until last week. I cam and picked it up and they did not wash the car as part of the service. Ask them and they took it back. After 5 - 10 min, they brought it back with an extremely floppy job. Many guys just standing around and acting like busy body and do nothing. They charged every thing expensive. Twice as expensive as the other shops. I felt very bad about this dealer. They are only after the money. No services. Never come back here again. I live very close to them, but I will not use them again. More
Stay away from Norm Reeves Honda service. They will rip you off. I had a horrible experience here. It took six and a half hours to do a brake job and replace a battery and it cost $900!!!! Right at closing time after I had been waiting for six and a half hours they told me I needed new rotors which will cost $300. Shop around, anybody can beat this dealer in service and prices. Buyer beware!!!!! More

He was attentive, polite, and went out of his way to make sure we felt well taken care of! He said he'd contact us Wednesday by 3... and at 3pm on Wednesday Alfredo was calling to give us an update. Kept his word through and through! The service mechanics had the car ready at the time it was promised to us. Alfredo is the reason why we are loyal service department customers! You have a great employee and representative in Alfredo! There is not enough praise to explain how happy we are with Alfredo's customer service!! Kudos to him and the service department! More

Fuel gauge not calibrated and fuel pump misaligned. I brought my Odyssey 2005 van on June 23, 2014 for Recall 14-032 Fuel Pump Module Leak. My van lost power while driving on the freeway on July I brought my Odyssey 2005 van on June 23, 2014 for Recall 14-032 Fuel Pump Module Leak. My van lost power while driving on the freeway on July 19, 2014. There was no error code. No indication that battery is low. Ignition cranking well. Fuel gauge shows 1/4 on the dial. Engine wont start. Got Tow Truck and dropped van at Norm Reeves Honda, Cerritos on July 19, 2014. Honda Service inspected vehicle on July 20, 2014 and found van does not have fuel, fuel gauge read slightly above empty, and fuel pump not centered correctly. Please refer Invoice 685825. Hondas World Class Multipoint Inspection should have done better with my vans FUEL GAUGE MISCALIBRATION and FUEL PUMP MISALIGNMENT. Me or my family could have figured in an accident with van losing power on the freeway all because of UNSAFE and NEGLIGENT work by Helpful Honda Technicians. I have no idea tUhat I am driving my van with a miscalibrated fuel gauge. Honda Service Techs arent serious about their work! Reported this incident to service@normreeves.com and to Service Director, Jered Schager, but never receive any email, word or phone call from anyone of them. My email just fell on deaf ears. Are they really Helpful Honda people? Or are they people who have a heart? Does Honda really care about your safety? I am sure they are not. More
