There have been rare exceptions with the staff's willingness to be helpful. This particular visit was worrisome because it was before the Thanksgiving holiday and the service center usually is hard-pressed to find available times as every customer wants his/her vehicle in tip-top" shape for family visits and vehicle reliability. No problem in my case, as Ricardo was polite and understood the smaller nature of my service need when he answered my phone call. I showed on time for my appointment the next day and was again "processed" through the service entrance with efficiency and courtesy. A female (Kim?) then took over at the service desk to explain the work and approximate charges before sending me on my way to wait, and had me back at the desk to pay for my service in a very respectable time frame given the holiday crush. The above is all true and typical of the outstanding service provided by Norm Reeves Honda. More

I am customer number 1376445 and the invoice given to me is number 1496653. I had a wonderful experience from your organization starting from the time I got in a rather long line to when I was handed my keys with the promise you would be there for me with my continued maintenance needs. I have every confidence you will, thanks to Mr. Ramiro Montes, your service advisor. He is not only kind, thoughtful, and professional to the customers but in fact, he shows total appreciation for his fellow employees who get us up to the point where he defines the costs and other related details. That was impressive. He gently compromised on sending someone to pick me up in Bellflower when my car was ready. This means he was listening to what all the factors indicated. He wanted to finalize the charges by month-end and we had to work with the schedule of my son's employer which is not consistent with hours that are the same Monday through Friday. On the initial call to your service center, we were advised the car might not be available until April 1st. (No pun intended). Ramiro Montes handled the whole situation with the ease and conduct of a professional.
