Well , first off i want to thank ed , he was kind to me and my wife when we first arrived at the lot. He wasnt pushy at all , he took us serious even though we looked young. I didnt buy the car the same day due to me doing some research on insurance and comparing prices and then my indecisiveness . finally I made up my mind and I went back to norm Reeves Honda . unfortunately ed wasn't there and i was delt with Kevin Harris , Now this guy was rude and treated not only me bad but my wife, this made me appreciate ed a little more so I didn't want to give him my business . So i decided to come back when ed was there which was the next day. Lucky for me the car was still there. when it came down to numbers ed got me the most possible for my trade in , he fought for us to get a monthly payment that was close to what we were asking, and we were happy to see 0.9 apr on our purchase.. Thank you for your kindness and for your patients cuz we really did test his patients and he hung in there and kept his cool and everything came out great.Thanks again . I just leased my very first car and I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with their genuine and helpful services and support. Although I had some paperwork difficulties (I am a college graduate and am going to start my job soon), they were extremely helpful and tried to help me get the lease under my own name and strengthen my credit line further. The staff, specially Mr. Adil Khan (who helped me throughout) were VERY VERY friendly. The paper work was done with the speed of light and you feel like you are just hanging out with some friends! (at least that was how I felt) Since I live close to downtown, Mr. Adil Khan came to my home and picked me up and we were chatting and having a great time until we got to the dealership. I cannot begin to say how nice, kind, genuine, friendly and helpful he and his colleagues were at this dealership. Now I start to believe there must be reason that this place is chosen as #1 Honda dealership in the US! I went into Norm Reeves Honda to meet my mother there who was purchasing a 2013 Honda Civic. Herb was her salesman and made her auto buying process a wonderful experience. While we were finalizing her car deal, I decided to ask about other cars they had that were more spacious than the Honda Civic and explained my credit situation to Herb. He showed me the 2013 Honda Accord Sport that of which I fell in love with after test driving it. I wasnt sure on what color I wanted to get and Herb took me to other lots twice to make sure that I found what I really liked. The financing was perfect for me and Herb made not only my mothers car buying worth it, but he made mines well worth it as well. I was adamant on getting a black CR-V and Rams informed that they were out and had one coming in three or so days. I went back in and my paperwork was already done and the car was washed and ready too. I was in and out in 1 hour and 20 mins. Ishan went over the features and got me acquainted with my car I had the best leasing experience with these two wonderful gentlemen. More

I just moved to L.A. and I have been renting a car from Avis for the last two months at about $800 a month. Not good. One day, because I was near, I decided to stop into Norm Reeves because I like Hondas and I wanted to see how much one would cost and ask questions - I've never bought a car before (I'm from New York City for perspective). When I got there, I didn't wander too long before Sam (Sam Sultan Ahmad) greeted me and offered to take me around to answer any of my questions. I told him what I was thinking about getting and how much I was thinking about spending and he took me around to show me what was in my range. He also didn't turn me off by trying to offer so many extras and options and blah blah blah. I was really happy that he wasn't one of those sales representatives. I would have took my xxx out of there right away. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a car that day when I didn't even intend to for another month. But Sam bent over backwards for me. He was a really cool guy with a great sense of humor and I'm happy to have bought my new and beautiful dyno blue pearl 2013 Honda Civic EX. It's awesome. I would say that if the other representatives are as good as Sam Ahmad, the business would do awesome. Perhaps he should get a promotion. More
