Thank you for taking the time to share this—we’re really sorry to hear about your experience, especially given everything you were dealing with personally at the time. That’s certainly not how any customer should feel during what should be a straightforward process. We do want to clarify a few things, as transparency is very important to us. Down payment amounts do not change due to interest, and any differences should always be clearly explained and agreed to in writing. Likewise, finance rates are determined by the lender based on credit factors and deal structure at the time of approval, but we absolutely should be clearly communicating options and working to secure the best available terms. We also work with multiple lenders, and you should always feel that your financing is being properly shopped and presented. Regarding the payoff difference, short-term interest accrual typically would not account for a large discrepancy, and that’s something we would want to review in detail to ensure everything was handled correctly. The registration delays and vehicle condition you described also fall short of our standards, and we understand your frustration there. We do appreciate you recognizing Anthony—he does care about his customers—but we take your comments about management and the overall process seriously. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we would genuinely like the opportunity to review your deal and address these concerns directly.
