Omar then provided information of services that were available in the entire building. Omar was persistent and polite while I was waiting in the office. Meanwhile Johnny and Omar gathered information to get me into a great deal and financing, and also suggested a vehicle that would be a good fit for my personal needs. We all know it can be a long process while waiting. Well I then at one point, was tired and almost walked out: because of my lack of patience. However; Omar continued to entertain, by explaining the process thats was needed to purchase a vehicle. Then Johnny followed up and made sure I was in good hands and I was going to be able to purchase a vehicle. I didn't think I could but Johnny Lam & Omar B. Prove to me and made it possible. Finally in my dream car! Fred helped me finish off my car purchase after I had spent the previous day in the dealership feeling uneasy about the price. While eventually I did go with the quoted price, it’s really a nod to Freds customer service. It is very friendly and gave me a sense of honesty. I called to ask him a few follow up questions and he was not at all pushy. He had to pick up where someone else started off which is always a little tricky. He was able to answer my questions, show me the actual vehicle I was buying ( which the previous sales man did not) and he had a possible attitude. I always get wonderful service at this dealership, however this thing there were a few kinks, which is why I only rated 4 stars. First, when left the first day, the previous sales guy did not give me my registration back. Secondly the same sales man ( not Fred) apparently did not properly file my insurance/ registration documents because a week after the sale, Fred had to approach me about them. I feel uneasy providing personal documents only to have them lost. This however, was an isolated incident and I would still recommend this dealership. More
