Great experience! Not a ton of BS (like usual when car buying) and straight to the point. I went in one night and didn’t like the deal they made me, so I left. Within an hour the sales manager called me and made me the deal I was hoping for. When I returned the next day to make the deal, it went surprisingly smooth and somewhat quick. In the past I’ve had sales managers acting like they’re doing me a huge favor by giving me a deal and like they aren’t making any money off me. Like they’re doing me a favor or a lifetime. They didn’t act like that at all here, I was surprised! Overall, good experience, friendly staff. CARLOS is da man! More
