The Day I bought my vehicle on 9/28/19. Was an absolutely Amazing experience. Frederic Howell made things Happen and he got me the exact Truck I was longing for, for awhile. Frederic Howell and Christiana Rodriguez Have Great people skills and wonderful customer service skills. No questions arised until a couple of days after taking home the new vehicle. So therefore I give those two Awesome employees of Nissan 5 stars. The reason I gave the dealership itself 4 stars is Because I called the dealership the following Monday about a question I had and the girl that answered my call told me that she would call me back with an answer shortly and I still have not received a call back at all that day. So for that reason alone I can only give the dealership 4 stars. Thank you and Have a blessed day More

When signing the papers I didn’t notice all the extras I was signing up for such as extra warranty etc. It took me almost 4 months to cancel those items, financial department did not work with me very well on that.
