Rude, Liars Staff were unwilling or unable to assist with tire manufacturer defect, they didnt even provide the warranty information I requested. Staff told me all 4 tires were ruined and needed to be replaced, in fact only 2 tires had issues so they lied for an upsell. When I posted to a Facebook complaint page I was attacked by two staff members online. Additionally one of the service staff provided customer information to a former employee and they then posted about it online. If you ever get any business from me again it will be only due to the courtesy and professionalism of Sybil Distler. Fyi the service manager has not even contacted me about my complaints. More

Good experience with unnecessary frustrations We had a great experience with our salesperson Josh Larimore. We went to Nissan of Jefferson City because of Josh. This is the second car we have boug We had a great experience with our salesperson Josh Larimore. We went to Nissan of Jefferson City because of Josh. This is the second car we have bought through Josh and always enjoy working with him. The folks that were working the day we purchased our car were super friendly, the dealership was clean and overall comfortable to experience. The unnecessary frustration was caused by the brake pads being worn down on the vehicle we purchased. Maybe I have high expectations when it comes to buying a used car. I realize it is used, but if you tell me it just passed an inspection I expect the brake pads to be thicker than my knife blade. But the dealership was kind enough to replace the brake pads and turn the rotors which was greatly appreciated. And we got great service during that visit. The problem is something went wrong during the service because the driver's side caliper had the mounting bolts missing and the passenger's side was on with just one. Also 2 of the lug nuts were cross threaded. I mainly contacted the dealership to let them know this happened and bring awareness to double checking these types of things. I wasn't out to get payment or any type of compensation, but Matt paid the repair bill without any issue. Which I greatly appreciated. Overall the customer service we received was outstanding. I would suggest monitoring the service quality a little closer. I realize it's a pain to replace brakes on a used car, but if I had never had to deal with the brakes I'd have given a 5 star glowing review and recommended this dealership to anyone that would listen. Now unfortunately I will say, "Hey the customer service is great, but drop it by a mechanic while out on your test drive. Better safe than sorry." Sure there is a little fault on our part, we took the inspection as gospel and didn't do our due diligence that we normally do when purchasing a used car. But that's the false sense of security you get with dealing with a dealership. Lesson learned on our part. More
