I called to make an appt. for some issues we were having. Mike, service writer: Pleasant, knowledgeable, Informed me to get right down there because our warranty was about t for some issues we were having. Mike, service writer: Pleasant, knowledgeable, Informed me to get right down there because our warranty was about to expire in a approx a week. we dropped it off. He called back with what is covered under warranty, we were very pleased and what he recommended for service, Transmission Service, Front brakes, serpentine belt, Oxygen sensor. I agreed to additional service. I was informed our company had Front brakes done and serpentine belt installed approx 6months before so I called mike back and asked to save brakes and belt for us. He said they will be in the back of the van. Mike called and said Van was ready 4 days later. We drove from Lehigh Acres, 40 min ride with another driver and and noticed the door locks were still not working that were supposedly addressed under warranty. Had to leave, another day and make a return trip .next morning. Mike apologizes and we are on our way. Replaced belt and Brakes were not in the back of the van as told they would be. For $209.00 an hr Labor, Check work before releasing and wipe grease from door. How would you rate the service center's explanation of cost of service? After she called me and provided photos of the issue she personally contacted the previous dealership and affirming the work done may be an additional cost. She blew me away with her persistence to providing excellent guest service. We ended up doing a ton of work we needed to…bc of her!! Well done Kimmy B! More
