Mr. Portunato provided good answers to all our questions. We recognize that he was striving to maximize Sutherlin's profit on the deal and he had to follow the dictate of management. This inflexibility is why we rate the dealership low. This does not reflect our esteem of Mr. Portunato who was only acting in accordance with what is presumed to be Sutherlin policy. The adage that if you bought it from someone other than Sutherlin you paid too much no longer is valid.
