Friendly, Nice, but getting a new key took forever! They quoted about 30-45 minutes, and it took an hour. They were apologetic about it. Also, I think $80 for one new key, even with reprograming, is a bit quoted about 30-45 minutes, and it took an hour. They were apologetic about it. Also, I think $80 for one new key, even with reprograming, is a bit steep. More
I always have great service from this Nissan dealership. My one complaint has always been cost. The people are great, the car is either clean when I get it or I get a card saying to come back and it will be washed. This time they are using a local gas station - which is also great/easy. I'm not so sure that spending 49.95 for a synthetic oil change is what I want to do. Money is tight and although synthetic might be better, last longer, etc...money is money. I get the tires rotated for my large service mileage milestones (15K, 30K, etc) so rotating them every time you get the oil changed - not sure I need it but its in the cost. I have bought two vehicles from Performance Nissan, and if Steve leaves the maintenance department I would say that I will be going to a different dealership. I no longer know anyone at the new "Magic" (stupid name - no one wants magic - they want value - morons) so when Steve departs I would say - so would my ties. More
I went in for a simple oil change. What I received was above my expectations! They did a complete service including a tire rotation and some checks for less than jiffy lube, and the used synthetic oil. above my expectations! They did a complete service including a tire rotation and some checks for less than jiffy lube, and the used synthetic oil. Jiffy lube wanted $79 bucks for just the oil change using synthetic oil and Magic Nissan did it for $50bucks! And the also threw in a car wash from the local car wash. I also found out doing some research the synthetic oil makes my engine last longer and even helps me with my gas mileage. Thanks Brian for the great service on my Xterrra! I will be back!! More
I was used to Performance Nissan treating me like I was an old friend. This is no longer the case since Magic bought the dealership. I didn't see anyone I recognised from before, no one! I find that a bit an old friend. This is no longer the case since Magic bought the dealership. I didn't see anyone I recognised from before, no one! I find that a bit scary to be honest. I had a very good relationship with all of the staff, from General Manager on down to Service Writer. Now I'm a stranger; just another customer. Performance never used synthetic oil in my car either and from what I was told I really had no choice in the matter. I now feel I have to do some research on this to be a better educated comsumer. The service writer assured me this was a Nissan approved oil & followed warrenty guidelines but I still feel uneasy. Also my vehicle was always washed & vacuumed, if not by the service dept after the work was done then by a "lot rat". My car was not washed and I was told some bogus excuse that it had something to do with the way Performance ran the drain pipes. Really? Don't lie to me just tell me that's no longer a service you offer. I was also told by the service writer he had no one to vacuum my car that day but if I brought it back he'd make sure that was done. This is not doable with my work schedule and I'm not going to drive on my days off from north marysville to south Everett just for that! Many times my car was washed and vacuumed by a salesman that was available, and I've even had it washed by the Sales Manager! Now I call that service! On another note it would have been nice if Magic would have sent out something to their customers announcing they bought the dealership. At the very least send an email. What about an announcement with coupons offering discounts on their various services. At this point I'm not sure I'll be returning to Magic Nissan for either sales or service. Maybe I'll have to drive north to Skagit or just go to Performance Kia. More
I take my car in for regular oil changes & maintenance. The staff have improved greatly. I am now greeted with a smile (unlike before) & treated kindly. My one complaint is that my car was maintenance. The staff have improved greatly. I am now greeted with a smile (unlike before) & treated kindly. My one complaint is that my car was not washed or vacuumed, but they were kind enough to place a big paper mat on my floor as to not get it any dirtier than it already was. I wasn't expecting a full detail but a quick, but good wash & vacuum would have been greatly appreciated. More
I bought a few vehicles from Performance Nissan, this is definately not them. The staff is all new and they have been selling Toyotas for years, not Nissans. I bought a 2011 Nissan Frontier but the salesma definately not them. The staff is all new and they have been selling Toyotas for years, not Nissans. I bought a 2011 Nissan Frontier but the salesman did not know much about the truck, i actually knew more about it than him. I needed a couple of Nissan accessories and the "protection package" which was arranged on the sale. The "protection package" was scheduled and when dropping off my vehicle, there was no "loaner" just an Enterprise rental vehicle that was barely adequate with all the paperwork and inconvenience included. When picking up my vehicle ,I noticed the "Protection package" was not fully done and further arrangements needed to be done with another drop-off for the service visit and another "loaner" car. The accessories that were arranged and paid for did not all get installed and another vendor was arranged for additional parts(another inconvenience).Joel at the service desk admitted he screwed up and that he would arrange the service visit and get it corrected. Bottom line, i got a good vehicle, Nissan makes a good product. The service and additional arrangements are not going smoothly and this really effects the overall experience at Magic Nissan. The customer is always first and i should have been given a voucher, an oil change or something for my inconvenience, this has not happened.I took a chance buying a Nissan there, the location is convenient. I could have bought a Nissan anywhere, i probably should have looked elsewhere. The sale went well, service and parts did not. I would not rate this dealership very highly but i did get a good vehicle. Being that it was my first time there since it was no longer Performance I should have been told, their response was as if I was making a big DEAL out of nothing I did not even get my car vacuumed, because they said no one was available to do so. I was used to being taken care of by Performance employees, I should not have had the same expectations! Anna Fierro More
