I brought my car in to be diagnosed and fixed. I left it overnight. They said that they fixed the problem but it was not fixed. I have to now bring it in again a week later to have it fixed. I am going through chemotherapy treatment right now and my time is valuable and I need a reliable car. I can not be sitting in a dealership waiting for a car that wasn't fixed the first time. I am disappointed that I had to pay for this. More
There was no problem obtaining an appointment when I needed it. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and amicable and the workmanship is great. AVOID! We bought a $32K car from them. 3 weeks later they call me and the plate they transferred was wrong and I needed to return and pay $252 to get a new plate and registration. Meaning we've been driving call me and the plate they transferred was wrong and I needed to return and pay $252 to get a new plate and registration. Meaning we've been driving for 3 weeks with the wrong plate. Now, they said the plate we transferred was registered to me and they put the car in my wife's name and tried to tell me a new plate cost $252. This is a bold faced lie. They messed up and only charged me $16 registration fee at time of sale, I later reviewed the sales agreement. A new plate would only be the cost of the plate, $15. You can imagine how fuming mad I was, the dealer should have verified the plate was appropriate at time of transfer, this is their job, let alone if we would have been pulled over our vehicle would have been towed in addition to any other tickets or fines. The dealer should have eaten that $252 just for that. And charge the right amount at time of purchase. Is Micheal Scott working here calling his customers to ask for money who are paid in full? This was not about a new plate fee, this was trying to back track and pass their screw up along to the customer. I will never do business with them again. I got a generic reply from my facebook review stating the sales manager would love the opportunity to discuss this issue. So I called and the level of "I don't care" was palpable in his voice. At one point he said "This doesn't even have anything to do with me" accept it does since he signed off on the sales agreement! Unreal incompetence and a lack of accountability and customer service. Per the sales agreement we were not obligated to pay anything more than what they charged me for registration in the sales CONTRACT, this fee had nothing to do with a plate. They held our plate and registration hostage so were forced to go in and pay. More
