I flew in from Phoenix Arizona just to purchase a used car for my wife. From Art and Jose and Kay the people i dealt with were TOP NOTCH! I purchased the car because of the great customer service and also the great detail the car was described and also the amount of pictures of the vehicle not to mention the great price I was willing to fly over to Ontario to purchase the car. Not to mention Art picked me up at the airport!!!!!!! Great customer service and I was in and out of there with my car in less than 1 hour and drove back to Phoenix and was home for dinner. He is and was extremely informative, very straight forward and professional; an "Awesome link in the Nissan (Redlands)chain" He dealt with me and I felt his desire to help me get the car I really wanted all the while making sure I had what I needed to make an educated choice on the vehicle I purchased. No pressure at all. I loved how he knows his business so well that when he gave me my check list (items to bring in); he included everything! No, calling back multiple times to add on th the list. The 5 items he asked me for was truly all he needed to completely process my application. I didn't have to be there 3 & 4 hours. Oh my goodness... (I think that was the greatest improvement in car sales to date)!Don't know if it's like that everywhere but...I'm glad Metro Nissan Redlands is! I also have to give Finance a very BIG "Thumbs up"! Kaye not only knows finance but she really knows cars! She is an great asset to your sales team and I'm sure I won't for get this experience for a long time to come!! I received about 15 internet prices from dealerships in a 50 mile radius and Redlands Ni was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They really could have made that offer the first time we were there instead of making us come back three times. But, it was not Mike Gherardi who did this, it was the assistant manager or the owner who did this. More
