I was searching for a new car, and fell inlove with the Versa, the price was good, the car looked good, and the gas mileage was even better and it was an overall great car.I originally found Metro Nissan o Versa, the price was good, the car looked good, and the gas mileage was even better and it was an overall great car.I originally found Metro Nissan of Redlands through Capital One. i am really glad i chose to go there. The people were nice, Steve was busy with another customer, so Todd helped us, he was very nice and knowledgeable. They only had black in stock and i did NOT want a black car with light interior, so they searched around and found me the color i wanted. i was very pleased with the service i received at Metro Nissan. when i am in the market for another vehicle i will definitely return to Metro Nissan, and would recommend to friends and family. very pleased with my new car! :) Thank you Todd! Started off kind of rough w Diego but Tom, and Bill stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the side wall. I just didnt see hw it was my fault it seemed more like a defective tire. In the end it looks like maybe my wife or i could have run over a small pot hole. But they still helped out. More

After test drive went inside did application and sales person took it to sales mgr. Sales mgr came out with a monthly price price that was far from what I wanted to pay so I got up and put my hand out and said thanks for your time but I cant do it for that price. The sales mgr wouldn't shake my hand, I said you wont shake my hand and he replied "not for the price you want" More
Great experience, I recieved a good price, the sales person appears to have been an honest sales person, no price wars. I have been through some pretty rough storms these past few years. but for the last 2 years I have been without a car and getting to work was sometimes a struggle, but I managed. With all the hardships I thought I had no hope of being able to restablish myself and start over. On Tuesday of August 2nd, I talked to Art Lee to see about some options of what it would take to possibly try and get some kind of used bucket or anything that could get me to and from work. I was expecting to get some bad news, but low and behold I got just the opposite. Art was so helpful and did everything he could possibly do and more to help me. I ended up with a brand new car, which by no means I was expecting. I was so happy and shocked at the same time. I am so eternally grateful to Art Lee for all that he has done for me and my family through out the years. He is an honest, trustworthy, great man of integrity. You don't always find those kinds of qualities in a sales person. I wish there were more people like in the in industry. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Went in for my second time to finally buy a Sentra I have been looking for, for 3 months now. Before I spoke with Art Lee on the phone, the tInternet/Fleet Manager. Showed us the car, got the paper work, finished in about an hour. Very Nice guy and respectful guy. Went in to get my second key and Art, as ell as Chris Concepcion helped me. They were very helpful. I am glad I got to come accross both of these gentlemen. I look forward to going in and getting more services done on my new Sentra. More
While my car was being serviced, I was approached by salesman Asem Tounanaud and I asked "are there 2012's here?" He said "yes." He showed me a 2011 Sentra base model. I asked about the 2012s and he tol salesman Asem Tounanaud and I asked "are there 2012's here?" He said "yes." He showed me a 2011 Sentra base model. I asked about the 2012s and he told me they wouldn't be here until December or January. I was confused but thinking I misunderstood him the first time. After 4 hours of haggling I did not to take the deal on the 2011 Sentra and I told the Sales Manager, Rick Cordova, that it was because I wanted to research what the prices of the 2012s upon release. He said "how can you research something that hasn't come out yet? They won’t be out for a few months." I even asked Rick how much the 2012s would be and he said he wouldn't know until they came out. I eventually went to a neighboring Nissan and specifically asked for a 2011 Sentra (the 2012s "weren’t out yet" so why would I ask for one?) and they gave me a better deal so I purchased the vehicle. I called the original dealership and spoke with Tom Levin, GM, to discuss my experience with Asem Tounanaud and his customer service. He revealed that 2012 Sentras had been on the lot for 39 days and that I must have misunderstood his salesmen! He was extremely rude and acted as if I wasn’t worthy of conversation; I had to defend myself! Those salesmen were trying to clear their 2011 inventory and were outright dishonest and it led me to purchase a vehicle that greatly depreciated in value once I drove it off the lot because it was already a year old the day I bought it. More
