I bought a new car at metro Nissan and I test drove the 2020 Sentra SV. I decided to go with the Senta S I wasn’t given the option to test drive it cause Machito said it was the same thing but it didn’t ha 2020 Sentra SV. Driving the car home from the dealership. It stalled on me right after exiting the freeway. I called and spoke to Francisco Wright the Sales Manager. He was oblivious to the situation. And gave me the only option to take the car in to get inspected. I explained to him that I didn’t feel comfortable keeping this car especially just 5 mins after driving off the lot. These people have ripped me off during the Covid pandemic. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying at Metro Nissan. They take your money and after that they treat u like xxxx. The Manager Francisco is the worst one of all. He doesn’t provide any solution. He said there is no return policy on New cars and if I wanted to return the car it would be under a voluntary abandonment. And that would go on my credit. BUYER BEWARE IF THE CAR BRAKES DOWN ON YOU THERE’S A NO RETURN POLICY.
