Very pleasant experience I knew the truck I wanted when I arrived and Russ Aldridge had been recommended to me. Russ did not try to steer me to something else. He quickly lo I knew the truck I wanted when I arrived and Russ Aldridge had been recommended to me. Russ did not try to steer me to something else. He quickly located the truck and we got a test drive in. Russ was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of the truck and its features. He answered my questions quickly and directly. The negotiations that day and the next were simple and straightforward. I feel that I got a very fair deal on the truck. Russ made sure the paperwork was ready to go and the closing went very smoothly. He took the time to review the features, options and setups of the truck. All-in-all a very comfortable experience and Russ' customer service is second to none. I left a very happy customer. More

It is nice to walk in the dealership and he and Jason Basalay, Sales Manager call you by name. The dealership is always very clean, well organized and everyone is very friendly and have such a positive attitude. I believe this comes from their General Manager, Jackie Lynch who has developed an outstanding team. James is one of the best because of his knowledge of all the automobiles, but more importantly his attention to detail is incredible. James works extremely hard to develop a personal relationship with each of his customers, and he does this with the highest level of Character and Integrity. I highly recommend Nimnicht Buick, GMC. They make the buying experience a positive experience and you feel like you are dealing with friends who are truly looking out for your best interest.
