I had set appointment for service 2 weeks ago, mind you day before service I received an email with an appo Worst first service experience of my life. I had set appointment for service 2 weeks ago, mind you day before service I received an email with an appointment reminder for today 02/09/2019. I get to the dealer and service personnel states that My appointment was not in their system. I have the proof of the reminder. I was turned down for service, I left out of there pissed off. Will never step foot in that dealer ever again nor recommend anyone to this place. Maybe they should reflect on Route 46 Dodge or Autoland Dodge for pointers on how to service the customers the right way More

Excellent sales experience @ Nielsen! Although I had closer Jeep dealers to my home, I drove out to Nielsen thanks to their inventory (we wanted to have choices). I found our sales person Although I had closer Jeep dealers to my home, I drove out to Nielsen thanks to their inventory (we wanted to have choices). I found our sales person, Jason, to be very accommodating when it came to driving a Wrangler, then was patient as my wife wanted to see a bunch of Wranglers to make sure she was buying the one she wanted. I found the price negotiation to be fair on both sides. I also found any and all explanations with regard to paperwork, financing & learning about our new vehicle to be well explained so that questions were answered before needing to be asked. I would definitely recommend Nielsen to others in the future. More
