Great Buying Experience!!! My wife & son were each in the market to buy a new car. After searching with other dealers we decided to come to Nielsen. We met with salesmen Michael My wife & son were each in the market to buy a new car. After searching with other dealers we decided to come to Nielsen. We met with salesmen Michael Mersch aka Mopar Mike. After spending 3 hours in discussion about a new Jeep Cherokee for my wife & a Dodge Charger Scat Pack for my son we decided to go home & sleep on our decisions. We called Mike the following evening to set up a appointment to come back in. That was a Thursday evening. We wanted to come in the following day which was Friday. Unfortunately that was Mike's off day. We told Mike we really were interested in these two vehicles & were ready to negotiate to make a purchase. We decided to come in the following day which was Saturday. Mike called back 15 minutes later and stated he would come in on his day off to help us with our new vehicles. Who in the world today would do this? We came in Friday morning at 9:30 am. He was very fair with our negotiations & gave a very very trade in value on my son's Chevy Malibu.
