We came in to LOOK only. I was determined to NOT buy an automobile at this time, just wanted to get a feel for what a new vehicle would run me. While looking, he was listening as my husband and I discussed what options we could really live without, however I was still talking about what I would like to have. As we narrowed the focus, Frank was showing us a "leader vehicle" which was nice and really in our price range. We went in for him to look at our car for an estimate. He returned shortly with a Rogue he wanted us to see. It had almost all the options I wanted and was still reasonably in our price range. We were very pleased that he went the extra mile to find something we really wanted. While we were working on the deal, we noticed a Rogue on the showroom and asked him to see what he could also do on that one. He went to his manager who came over and between the two of them, worked out a very good deal for us. We are now driving that showroom vehicle and are very very pleased. Frank was patient, he listened and he strived to get us what we wanted, without pressure and annoyance. We will definitely go back to him for our next automobile. More

I had the privilege to be assisted by Kris Somaru. Initially I was in the market to trade my 21 year old car in for a new one. Buck listened carefully and suggested a few things. He took my concerns into consideration and made appropriate suggestions. He was patient while I test drove several cars. Before making a decision on a new purchase I requested to see the 2012 and 2011 used options. In very short order I found exactly what I wanted. When we discussed price there was some negotiation and Buck was very professional about it. I had alot of questions and he made sure to answer them all. In the end I feel I got an excellent price on my car. Bruce Moss in finance was equally professional and easy to deal with. He carefully answered all questions and was very patient and pleasant. The manager, Ryan Martin was also very helpful by ensuring that my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with all aspects of the experience of purchasing my car. I am very happy with my car choice and the entire experience with Buck, Ryan and Bruce. I did not tell them until we had sealed the deal that I had been at another Nissan dealership earlier that day and walked away from an unpleasant experience. What a contrast at Newton Nissan.
