Professional, knowledgeable and low pressure experience My shopping experience began with an internet search of various makes and models of SUV's. I was contacted by Drew Hayes of Newton Chevrolet Buick by My shopping experience began with an internet search of various makes and models of SUV's. I was contacted by Drew Hayes of Newton Chevrolet Buick by email and corresponded several times giving me information I requested. Upon visiting Newton in person, I was met by Sales Manager Brian Hosier. Brian was very friendly and professional and informed me that Drew was out of the country on a Mission Trip and introduced me to Moody Qattea who would assist me. Brian assured me that Drew would not be cut-out of the sale (should I decide to buy there) as he was my primary contact. Moody was also very friendly and knowledgeable in the products answering all my questions before and during the test drives. I made a total of 3 trips to Newton Chevrolet Buick after visiting some of the other dealers in the area and decided on a 2019 Buick Envision that had been marked down considerably due to new inventory arriving. Overall i was very pleased with the professional, friendly and low pressure atmosphere of the sales people I dealt with. More

My Best Car Buying Experience! I had been searching for weeks for the "right" vehicle, visiting or communicating with numerous dealerships via text. From the beginning Brian was by I had been searching for weeks for the "right" vehicle, visiting or communicating with numerous dealerships via text. From the beginning Brian was by far the most professional and the most gracious. My circumstances were a little different in that I was purchasing a home and couldn't run my credit for a car loan until after closing and Brian offered me solutions, rather than just asking me to get back in touch when I was able to purchase. When I was able to make my purchase my husband and I tried to work with the dealership in Murfreesboro because they were the only dealer that had the specific vehicle I wanted on their lot, when no one else did. Very poor move on our part. After being told they would sell that car whether we bought it or not, I got back in touch with Newton (literally while standing on the sidewalk outside of the other dealership). They invited us to head there way and when we got there we were greeted by everyone - Sales Manager, GM, our salesman - who all knew what we wanted and made the process quick and painless. A better deal and a MUCH better interest rate. They gave me a loaner until they could get my vehicle in and even delivered it to me 2 days later. THAT is how customer service works and why my family will be back. More
