Nelson, Lynn and Milton were very understanding when mmy fiance had a heart attack at the end of June and we just couldn't complete a deal. We promised we'd be back and were. We had visited another dealership and were very unhappy with the pressure sales they were trying to offer. They wanted to sell us what they wanted us to drive. Nelson took his time, learned what we needed and what we could afford long before he recommended anything. Nelson listened to what we wanted, he didn't have a preconceived notion of what he needed to "move this month". They gave us a very fair trade-in amount for our 2002 Rav4, and Lynn was great to work with on the financing. So long as we are in the area, and probably if we move out of the area, we will return to Nelson and Newburgh Toyota-Scion for our car needs. There are not enough great things we can say about Nelson, Lynn and Milton, but they are a very rare group of individuals that are an extreme asset to Newburgh Toyota-Scion and the Toyota sales force.
