Carlos Holmes is a genius Yesterday I was at Newbold BMW and was having difficulty with my CarPlay app. Though I had not previously set an appointment with Carlos, I lucked out Yesterday I was at Newbold BMW and was having difficulty with my CarPlay app. Though I had not previously set an appointment with Carlos, I lucked out because he was available to help me with my issue. He quickly and adroitly fixed my problem allowing me to access my phone through the car. This capability is important because it is illegal to use one's handset while driving in Illinois. Other states have adopted this policy, so it is a good thing to be able to make and receive calls through the BMW hands free system. Carlos is a pleasure to work with. He really knows his stuff. He is a true expert and is very personable and professional. He is a tribute to his profession and a great ambassador for Newbold BMW. More

It was raining out and Chris brought the car in the garage instead of having us walk in the rain. He asked us questions about what we wanted for a car and gave us true advice about owning a BMW for our lifestyle. I love this because he gave us the space to decide what we wanted. We returned in the morning for test drive and Chris had the car ready for us. That same day I purchased the car and paperwork was completed within 30 min instead of staying all day.
