Lies, lies, lies I purchased a used vehicle from Newbold a month or so back and have nothing but problems since then. While the dealership and General Manager seemed c I purchased a used vehicle from Newbold a month or so back and have nothing but problems since then. While the dealership and General Manager seemed concerned with my unhappiness with my car it was all a lie. I was told in writing that they would pay for the diagnostic and repair issue that my car has if I had a certified dealer work on it. I did my part, had a bill for $586.53 that they then called and said they already want above and beyond. I always thought that saying was a declaration of superior service and willingness to make something better. Is being lied to and sticking your customer with a bill you promised to pay above and beyond? Not in my book. Your service is disgraceful as is your tactic to save a buck in the name of lies. I had an X3 and knew Blaine from taking it in for service. They have the best service department I've ever seen. Had a great experience. Very easy, pleasant people to work with.
