Since we live nearly 3 hours away, we communicated with Braden via text messages and image sharing. He was friendly, helpful and informative and worked hard to ensure there were "no surprises". When we arrived, we were very impressed with the Mini Cooper S which was even better than we expected and we were glad we made the trip. Even with our trade-in, the process was seamless and efficient and we had a very positive experience! Blake made short work of the paperwork and Carlos got us familiar with all the vehicle features and instrumentation. Hats off to Braden, Blake and Carlos for giving us a great experience. I would highly recommend Newbold BMW! More

Wonderful service all around! Came in to buy a used BMW. Was first shown a number of vehicles from Carlos, including the one that I eventually bought. Then did a test drive with Braden, which he was informative during the ride. When I came in to buy the car, Braden came in on his day off for the sell. Both Braden and Blake were very helpful, informative, and worked with me on an already reasonable price for a great sells price. All around great experience. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a BMW! More
