He found out exactly what I needed in a car and immediately suggested a few options. We test drive 1 that day. He passed us on to Stephanie in sales, who was also excellent, providing great information on the cars available. I had appointments at another location, so I wasn't sure about buying from Newbold. I made a "just in case" appointment with Stephanie for the next day. I came back with a made up mind the next day only because the team.was so engaging and made a great connection with me and my mom. I could have bought the same type of BMW from any dealer. However, your team.is the best. Every person we came in contact with was so kind and informative. We ended our visit with Carlos, the BMW genius and he is just that, a genius. He was very helpful and rounded off a great visit to buy a car! I will come back for my next one!!! More
