Thanks for my new VW!!! Came in from out of town to purchase a VW GTI, it was the right options and color that i have been seeking. I called ahead prior to my arrival and asked about the car. The salesman was kind and friendly to me and had the car cleaned and gassed up for me to test drive. After i drove it i left to get a bite to eat because was famished from my commute and was not pushed in to making the purchase, i was really glad about this because i was low on sugar ;) If you are a used car buyer like myself and like to find certain color/options this is a great place to look. A decent car for a Pastor I brought a Mercedes r 350 and it had over $10,000 worth of work that needed to be done to it. I went to to get a oil change from a actual Mercedes de I brought a Mercedes r 350 and it had over $10,000 worth of work that needed to be done to it. I went to to get a oil change from a actual Mercedes dealership and asked for a diagnostic test and it was bad. So since my car was still under the 30 day warranty i figured National Motors would cover some or if not all things needed to get fixed but nothing happened. I went there at least 10 times at least and got a complete runaround. Then I had to find out who the owner was through the internet. I was able to hunt his number done through a employment add. So I called him and he assured me everything would be taken care of but don't call his cell phone anymore. So they took the car and kept it for week and nothing got done i mean nothing, it came back worse and missing pieces. I took them to court and there lawyer posponed it 3 times . Afte finally getting a court date the owner came and said he never talked to me and also the finance guy said he never saw me before and he was my finance guy. Two of the three sales persons said man they are giving you the runaround,they got you but they said they could not testify court. They also have a manager there named Gabby who never showed when we where supposed to meet until the third time but this was prior to the court case and she did nothing. The tv monitors that where in the cair for video they didn't work , oil leaks and other leaks etc. My expierience was horrible and I would never go there or recommend anybody to go there at all. "Oh we just sold that car... " AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I went there to follow up on an ad for a car I saw on cars.com. I called before leaving to check and make sure the car was stil AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I went there to follow up on an ad for a car I saw on cars.com. I called before leaving to check and make sure the car was still available, and spoke to Brandin who supposedly checked and assured me it was. I asked to make sure, because it's an hour away and I didn't want waste either of our times. He confirmed that it was there and I made my merry trek there. Then of course, I get the oldest trick in the book. Supposedly, the car I asked about was at their "other" dealership lot, which I imagine is the Joppa location. Why it took him so long to find that out is a mystery, since he said he physically went to check on it when I called earlier. And then when asking to go see it at the other location, the car just happened to be sold that very moment. Of course. He kindly offered to show me other cars on the lot since I drove all this way... all of which where more expensive than the car I came to look for, even one with the exact same year and layout with significantly more miles. The best part of this experience? The car in question was taken down from Cars.com yesterday, but this morning, here it has reappeared again! cars.com/vehicledetail/d… DO NOT GO HERE. You'll get the stereotypical cheap car salesman routine, which gives the industry a bad name. But if you like being played, and sales people that don't respect you or your time, by all means stop by. More
