I had a very disappointing experience with Napoli Nissan. I was advised to bring my vehicle in after being told that the coolant flush/diagnostic would be covered under the warranty. Once I arrived, Nissan. I was advised to bring my vehicle in after being told that the coolant flush/diagnostic would be covered under the warranty. Once I arrived, I was told that the warranty did not cover the diagnosis and I was then presented with a charge. What concerns me even more is that since leaving the dealership, I have experienced additional issues with my vehicle that I did not have before bringing it there. I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the lack of clarity regarding what was and was not covered under the warranty. I expected much better communication and customer service from a Nissan dealership. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied and hesitant to return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how these situations are communicated to customers. More
