Across the last seven years, Marty Katz has sold me three cars, at your dealership, and I just wanted to take a moment to say that he is one of the good ones! He has always been personable, treated me professionally and fairly, and the one time, when something did go off the tracks, went out of his way to get involved, help me out, unravel a distressing situation, and save me quite a bit of money. Marty was enthusiastic, exciting, and knowledgeable. I'm sure he could tell I was a bit apprehensive and nervous because this was my first new car purchase, but he made the experience fun. He treated me with respect, and found a way to work with my budget requirements. He even found a way to get me more than I ever expected. I had an idea of what I thought I could afford versus what I wanted, and he found a way to get me both. I love my Mazda CX5! Make sure you go see Marty if you ever need a new car! I was a little anxious and nervous about my first experience doing this on my ow This past weekend, I went to Napoleon Schaumburg Mazda for a new car. I was a little anxious and nervous about my first experience doing this on my own. Marty made me feel completely at ease and was very focused on finding out exactly what I am looking for in a car. He made sure to stay within my budget and gave me some different options. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the car models and thoroughly answered any question I had. After signing all the paperwork and finishing up with the financing office, Marty could have let me go and left me to fend for myself in figuring out all the minute details of the car. Instead, he made sure to help me set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car and went through all the details of the screen (setting my favorites, music settings, sound settings, and customizing some of the features of the car) to make sure I left knowing how everything works! (The last place I went to, I ended up finding out about features way later on or not understanding how some worked!) I know that my car is set up exactly how I would like it now!! He really cared about getting me exactly what I wanted and didn't just rush me out of the door after he had everything he needed! He continued to take care of me and encouraged me to call him directly if I think of any question or need anything else! My entire time working with Marty was entirely stress free, fun, informative, and so extremely helpful! I will be seeing Marty the second I need another car! Do yourself a favor and visit him! More

I made it clear I new what I wanted and what the deal would need to be. Saw Marty on a Saturday. Nice long test drive. The deal was where I wanted it to be. Marty understood how to receive my business and the vehicle was purchased. If the car is as good as this went I will be a very happy camper. 2015 Mazda 5 fit my needs in all areas. I bought a 2011 Mazda3 in August 2015 and they gave me an official IOU as a part of my purchase agreement to touch up the paint on my bumper. I have called over 15 times and driven to the location 5 times in the last 6 months and have received the most disrespectful and dismissive responses from several employees (including managers). Each time they tell me that they will call me back to set up the appointment and they never do. I also noticed that my passenger airbag and Bluetooth weren't working correctly and when I called they said that I didn't have a warranty on my car "in the system". I literally had to dig up the paperwork as proof because they "couldn't find the record" and bring it to the dealership, but I still haven't received any service (2 months later). I have since filed a Better Business Bureau (BBB) case against them. Please don't fall into the trap that I did. Find a respectful place to spend your hard earned money. More
