Glad to have a no-BS no surprise discussion when buying the car. The only fees presented were tax/title/license/doc - as is expected. Very disappointing service experience. Rebecca Hillyard service advisor was condescending, insincere, and very cavalier attitude when the estimate she provided was over $1000 below actual price.. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! The pictures online and the video that was emailed to me look totally different then the car in person. I flew from Atlanta to purchase Porsche life! The pictures online and the video that was emailed to me look totally different then the car in person. I flew from Atlanta to purchase Porsche Panamera think this was a trustworthy dealership. The back tail light had a big chunk of glass broken off, both tail lights were burned and someone had installed tint on the windows which had bubbles and peeling tint everywhere. To make it worst once I text drive the car the dashboard started flashing please add one quart of oil. The dealership made so many excuses. But I knew then I needed to leave. It was a holiday weekend, I had purchased a one way ticket and most airlines and hotels were sold out. They didn’t even offer to give me a ride to the airport yet when they wanted to make money they picked me up upon my arrival. The Sales Associate and Sales Manager were nice but it’s not making since they didn’t see all of this damage. The General Manager of the store was so nasty and mean to me after I decided I didn’t want to by a car they had falsely advertised to me. My advice to anyone is go in person and read reviews about this place. I should’ve read reviews first because there true. Thanking God that I decided to fly and pick it up. Again the worst experience ever! More
