The 2 people that my wife and I dealt with were Jeasmarie and Mr. Polo. They were both very courteous and attentive to what were were looking for in the Palisade. Disappointed I had my car for about. a month and a half. I had a problem with my tire. I brought the tire in and they gave me a used tire and it was flat in front I had my car for about. a month and a half. I had a problem with my tire. I brought the tire in and they gave me a used tire and it was flat in front of my job. So the serviceman said they had to order a new tire, he ends up telling me he put my tire back on my car that was messed up that's why i had the flat. I was so upset. So i came back and they put the new tire on my car and it seems that my car doesn't ride the same anymore. When I first got it rides smooth. But now that they put the new tire on if it's new i don't feel like its a new car anymore. It does not ride smooth anymore. Disappointed! When i got my car I really love it. More
