Worst Service I have every experioence! I took my 2018 Kia Optima in for service because my sunroof wouldn't completely close. Service department charged me $444.00 to tell me I needed to sp I took my 2018 Kia Optima in for service because my sunroof wouldn't completely close. Service department charged me $444.00 to tell me I needed to spend $3,000.00 to have my sunroof repaired. I declined their service and paid the $444.00 to get my vehicle. They kept my car out of site, so I wouldn't discover that my sunroof had been removed and placed in the trunk of my car. I plan on posting to inform everyone not to frequent this dealership. More
