I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and it's beautiful inside. My husband and I noticed some scratches along the sides like somebody keyed the car, a few scuffs on the bumpers and the wheel had some scrap inside. We were told that they would buff out The scratches and make it look nice. I brought it back in and they gave me a loaner. A week and a half later I went to pick it up and nothing was done. They said they couldn't get the scratches out. Why would they promise that? I know if they sent it to a regular body shop there could be something done. I would have never purchased the car if they hadn't made that promise! I'm waiting for the manager to call me to see if we can rectify this problem More
I took my vehicle to the service center to repair a simple CarPlay issue this morning , and was tried to upsell on speakers and other things I .. really didn’t need. Tried to sell me $5000 of services I didn’t need A. Another audio shop said I DID NOT need but one speaker , a tiny one, and it definitely was not as expensive as the ones I were quoted. B. I tried talking to the man that did my service , then ended up mentioning to the service manager Gavin about this issue and the technical service bulletin that DID apply to that issue , and it DID apply to my VIN ( I checked with the NHSTA, and Nissan customer service) and he flat out told me to my face that it did not apply. Which was completely incorrect. Take caution when getting your vehicle serviced here . Oh not to mention the $205 diagnostic fee for lying . More
It’s been 65 days since I was promised a refund check, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting new excuses — the latest being “the person who signs checks isn’t around and I still haven’t received it. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting new excuses — the latest being “the person who signs checks isn’t around.” Dan, the head of the finance department, has known about this issue and still hasn’t resolved it. A simple refund should not take over two months. This delay is not my fault — it’s a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. If this is how refunds are handled under Dan’s watch, customers deserve to know before doing business here. I expect my refund immediately, not another round of excuses. More

I took the vehicle to an independent mechanic, who found a cut in the left-rear tire that made the car unsafe to drive (see photos). When I contacted the dealership they offered only to replace the tire, refused to cancel the sale, and dismissed my concerns about the drivability issue. I would caution anyone considering buying from this dealership to be careful who they do business with. This was an unsafe condition missed at sale and I do not recommend doing business with them based on my experience. More
I had such a great experience at Napleton of Schererville. Rick was our sales associate and he assisted my boyfriend and I in getting us exactly what we wanted. Liz and Kristy were very professional, inviting and no-nonsense. When we arrived Kristy welcomed us by offering coffee or other drink. She then introduced us to Liz who was a phenomenal salesperson. I went to trade-in my car and check out a few cars I was interested in. I met with Rick and he was very helpful with my trade-in and new car purchase. I told him my budget and he didn’t try to sell me a car interested in. I met with Rick and he was very helpful with my trade-in and new car purchase.
