I ordered my 2012 mustang and it was taking longer than they thought so they cut me an awesome deal for one they had on the lot to compromise for how long it was taking. I went to kevin with a lot of questions about why my car was taking so long and he never once made me feel like I was not welcomed at all. He spent as much time as he needed with me on the phone to make me as pleased as possible. If it was not for Kevin and Tim's amazing sales, customer service and personable attitudes I would have cancelled my order and went with a different dealer. I came in for an oil change. Upon inspection of my SUV, there were a few mechanical problems that in the near future will need to be fixed.
