There was not high pressure tactics and the whole process went very smoothly. They even matched the very low rate my credit union was offering so I could take care of the paperwork quickly and easily after the Mustang I ordered was delivered. I would recommend the dealer and especially Rich to anyone I know with no reservations at all. They were great to deal with from test driving to answering questions to ordering to the final delivery.
