Failed to offer any after purchase suggestions, such as maintenance... his main thing was the survey. Did not go over many features of the car which I had to read and learn myself. You could tell that because it was closing time wanted to get through the process as fast as possible, which caused forgetting items as well as rushing to get out of there. Lights were turned off in the lot while we (customers) were trying to finalize the transfer. More
