The Service Team is TERRIBLE with a CAPITAL "T". We have had a good experience with Sales (both Wilkins Mazda and Hyundai). We came to Wilkins Hyundai because Wilkins Mazda Sales and Service was ama We have had a good experience with Sales (both Wilkins Mazda and Hyundai). We came to Wilkins Hyundai because Wilkins Mazda Sales and Service was amazing however we have ONLY HAD bad / terrible experience with HYUNDAI Service. Your service team needs to understand how Servicing works and how to talk to customers. This manager Andrew had the audacity to talk down to me after not responding to me for 3+ FREAKING days. He made it look like its our fault and calls up late and then talks condescendingly. A terrible excuse for a service center and service personnel. We had to talk to multiple people and speak to Brian from the Management team until Andrew decided to call us back. This service guy needs a few lessons for etiquette and courtesy as well as HOW TO "NOT" TALK condescendingly to customers. He asked me if I wanted it "FREE" - when all I asked was what I was entitled to with my warranty (the car is not even a year old) - they gave me sub-standard tires in the first place. I will definitely not be bringing my business back to Wilkins HYUNDAI and definitely will escalate this with the HYUNDAI motor company. This service team has been everything terrible and I am never going back even though I have been a decade long customer with WILKINS. More
