I had a sensor malfunction and I just purchased the car July 24, 2023 but I called and spoke to Josh who referred me to Omar and the service staff was waiting for me when I arrived. I advised I had an appointment at 5pm and I arrived at the dealership around 12pm. The service team got me out timely and I was able to make my appointment. This is the second time I have brought my car in for a problem and a week later my air conditioner isn’t working. Last year this same thing happened. I chalked it up as coincidence. This year rough a y problem and a week later my air conditioner isn’t working. Last year this same thing happened. I chalked it up as coincidence. This year rough a year later, my car was in for a battery replacement. Battery is fixed but now the air doesn’t work. Seems odd?? Also a week to diagnosis and replace a battery is too long. Sad to say i will not be buying another Hyundai. I have been a long time owner of Hyundai vehicles. But time to move on. More
