Usually, when we walk into a car lot, we feel like prey wandering into a lion's den. Not here though! We felt comfortable and were treated respectfully and fairly. The Sequoia was one of the best available at the time and at one of the best prices. There were a couple of issues, as to be expected with a 2005, but Mike and Rich corrected the couple things we requested and even a couple of things we didn't. 5-star service! More
