Worst oil change ever. Took 3 hours. Charged me far more than the coupon I was using. I had to pry information from the staff to find out what went wrong. Will never go bac Took 3 hours. Every person I came in contact with were wonderful. Jennifer Jones was 'The Tops' ! I would recommend this particular dealership to anyone! It may sound cliche, however, I felt like they really cared. Jennifer Jones was 'The Tops' ! I would recommend this particular dealership to anyone! My sales associates were great. They worked together to get my transaction done as smoothly as possible. They worked together to get my transaction done as smoothly as possible. More
Upon arrival, the car, we drove an hour to see was nowhere to be found on the lot. Nobody seem to know where it was. We informed them we didn’t have time to wait, and as we were about to leave after a nowhere to be found on the lot. Nobody seem to know where it was. We informed them we didn’t have time to wait, and as we were about to leave after about a half hour we were informed the sales person had taken the car off the lot in attempt to save for another customer but had just brought it back. we took the car for a ride and upon return to the dealership we agreed to purchase the car we were taken in sign purchase papers on our trade of a 2016 Miata MX 5 to purchase the Mazda, 2021, CX 5 GT . About 10 minutes after signing the papers, a salesman, not our salesman, but one who was helping him as Nicolas was new to the company informed us that we had signed papers on a different car his fault and in fact, the car that we wanted would be another $5000 more, not cool. So we re-signed papers and agreed to the price and was told we would receive one year of maintenance for our inconvenience, it didn’t take the burn away but… After signing those papers, we sat, waiting for at least two hours to get in to do the financials. The dealership was not busy and in fact, we were the only ones there when we left, and I hadn’t seen anybody else besides one couple, and they had left along before we finally made it into the financial office. Dealerships really need to work harder on that. I really don’t understand how sales people make any kind of money when they have to sit there for two hours while their customers wait to finalize the sale. Needless to say our experience was not as pleasant as I’d hoped. Our salesman Nicolas was great. In the end I was not impressed with the dealership, but I am with the car my husband and I have owned roughly 10 Mazda’s throughout the years. And I promise you it’s always the car, not the dealership that brings us back. More
