I came into Germain Infiniti simply looking for the value for my trade-in, in what was supposed to be a quick stop and first stop of many to weigh my options and instead it became my ONLY stop. Miguel Perez and Michael Germain were extremely professional, and to the point. Extremely informative on any questions or concerns I had regarding my vehicle. They made me feel right at home and made my purchase easy and simple meeting my every satisfaction. We were treated with respect, spent time with us even though we were not sure of buying that day. First of, we arrived 2 hours past their closing time on Sat yet they entertained our questions for another hour and a half until we consummated the deal. If it weren't for their professionalism and attitude I don't think I would have bought the Infiniti JX and Infiniti G 25 that night. And of course they gave us the best deal. I know because I shopped everywhere. I traded my '12 Audi Q5 and '08 BMW 328i conv because of the deal they gave us and the way they treated us. Seriously if your are looking for the best deal, the best cars you should check them out. And of course I know everybody wants to be treated fairly, honnestly and with respect. They are truly an asset to Germain dealership. More
Had a great experience working with Chad on the purchase of our new 2012 G37 Sedan Sport. Chad is very knowledgable of past and present Infinitis and was able to explain and show us the many improvements and differences. Very pleasant and thorough to work with. Tom has been my service advisor for some time now and talkes excellent care of my vehicles when they are in for service. I am very into my cars and appreciate the time Tom takes to make sure my car is returned to me with no issues. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and courtious. More

It is often said that the actions and attitude that permeates any business begins at the top and that could not be more true than at Germain Infiniti. Miguel Perez, the General Sales Manager could not have been more helpful or pleasant to work with. Besides Miguel, the Sales Team members that I worked with included Michael Germain and Sean Borsky and they were also willing to do whatever it took to ensure that a pleasant sales experience was achieved. But my purchase experience at the dealership goes beyond the normal and I'll explain how. While working through the process of purchasing a new JX, there was a short period when Michael Germain had to complete some paperwork on my behalf. While he was away from his desk, I began looking at a beautiful M37 Hydrid that was sitting on the showroom floor. Chad Nesselhauf, although not the sales associate I had been working with, came over to me and explained all of the technological advances of this vehicle - and Chad REALLY knows this vehicle. His description of this car was compelling, so I thought that I would definitely consider purchasing an M37h next year when I was ready to trade my current car (a 2011 Hyundai Genesis). I mentioned this to Miguel in a discussion we were having regarding the discount I was receiving on my JX as an employee of one of Nissan/Infiniti's Business Partners. Without having to do additional research, Miguel quickly told me that the discounts available under this plan for the purchase of the M37h were even greater than they were on the JX! This peaked my interest and the result of Miguel's and Chad's efforts was that I BOUGHT this showroom car along with the JX - YES I BOUGHT TWO Vehicles on the same day! Miguel was so fair and honest in his presentation on price, that I changed my mind and decided not to wait until next year to consider the M37h. So if prospective buyers are looking for a dealership where every salesperson in the showroom will take the time to treat you right, without regard to whether you are their customer or not, Germain Infiniti is the dealership they should visit! Couple this treatment with service that includes free car washes and oil changes for 4 years, and I do not think I could have purchased my two beautiful Infiniti's from a better dealership. Thank You Miguel, Michael, Sean, and Chad! You were all great to work with. I have begun to work Melanie in the Service Department and she too has been wonderful, friendly, and a true professional. Hats off to the entire Germain Infiniti Team! Germain is a company that supports many charitable endeavors in our SWF community. It was because of their support for a charity I am very close to, that I first met Sean and considered Germain Infiniti for purchase of our vehicles. From the moment that I walked into the show room and met Chad I was happy with how I was treated. Both Chad and Miguel worked with me and they helped me get the best deal I could with taking my car (Audi A4) to end the lease I had on it. Well to make a long story short the Audi Financial did not work well with other dealers and things were falling apart. But Chad and Miguel worked with me to make it so I actually made an extra $350. They went the extra mile. Sure wish all car dealers would do the same. Thanks Chad and Miguel. More
SERVICE. SERVICE. SERVICE. I cannot say enough about the manner in which my recent lease experience was executed at Germain Infiniti of Bonita Springs --- it was customer service at its BEST! My husband and I met Carlos De Los Santos a few months ago at an off-property Infiniti promotion and he was the consummate sales professional; he answered all of our questions, was humble and made us feel welcome. Although we weren't in the market for a vehicle at that time, we both agreed that Carlos was the type of salesman with whom we'd want to do business. Fast forward six months and I find myself at EVERY luxury dealer in the Naples market on a new car (convertible) search. While I will not name names, the majority of the other dealerships and sales associates with whom I had interaction during my "research & test drive" phase made me feel as though they were doing me a favor, used old school competitor's product-bashing sales techniques and were all about the hard sell. My experience with Carlos and the Germain Infiniti of Bonita Springs team was on the total opposite end of the spectrum --- they could not have been more professional, courteous and knowledgable; they never had a negative word to say about their competition, rather, they promoted their vehicles and allowed me to weigh my options. I never felt pressured (I visited the show room on two separate occasions) nor did I feel I being "up sold" on more expensive packages or models. Carlos went above and beyond, and continues to do so even after the fact, and provided truly exceptional customer service. I had a vehicle I wanted to sell but I did not want to make it part of the lease deal... enter Miguel Perez, sales manager for the dealership. Upon meeting Miguel, it's clear that he leads the sales team by example, as he, too, was a pleasure with whom to deal. Another consummate professional that was interested in doing business and not playing the "car dealer game." He provided me with a fair value on my vehicle and took great care to insure he delivered a great value on the 2012 G37 Convertible; there isn't another dealer in the area with deals as aggressive as Miguel's. Again, no muss, no fuss, no nonsense, just a great deal and a great experience. Lastly, I met with Mike Licciardi, the finance manager. I've leased and purchased enough vehicles to know the potential for this part of the transaction to be time consuming and more often than not, wracked with inconsistencies and erroneous dollar amounts. Mike could not have provided a smoother closing --- there was not a single erroneous item in all of the paperwork that accompanies a car purchase/lease. He was beyond efficient, cognizant and respectful of my time and did not force feed the available maintenance packages. Another star player on the Germain Infiniti team. All in all, an incredible experience with a sales team whom I regard highly, sing their praises and recommend to my family, friends and associates. Oh, yeah --- I LOVE MY G37 CONVERTIBLE! It was a delight to work with Chris Hicks. He is honest, professional, straight forward, polite and a real gentleman. We felt our deal was excellent and expect to have a long relationship with this dealership and Chris Hicks. The Manager Miguel Perez also was very helpful when it came time to finalize the deal. He is a real "team" leader and has everyone working together and helping each other. The is NO tension in this showroom which is unusual. Everyone at this dealship is friendly and helpful. The treatment we received here was far superior to other dealerships. Our deal was a little unusual as we wanted to pay the entire lease up front. Mike worked very hard to make that happen. We can definitely feels comfortable recommding this dealership and Chris Hicks. The enitre experience was awesome. More
