Norman Johnson was the sales representative who worked with us to show us the RDX, take us on a test drive, and show us all of the features the car had to offer. He was fantastic! Upon return to the dealership, I wanted to explore pricing in greater detail. In particular, I wanted to know the value of my trade-in and compare leasing to purchasing. To do so, Mr. Johnson engaged the sales manager, Scott Foster. He could not have been any more helpful! He provided us with incentives each of the options would afford us and left the decision to us, with no pressure whatsoever! He even encouraged us to explore and compare what competitors were offering.
