Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took a lot of time with me, and went on two test drives. He explained different features of the car during the test drives. He was very accommodating, and told me that I could call him anytime if I had questions. Scott Foster introduced himself to me while I was meeting with Matthew. He located the RDX that I wanted and arranged for it to be brought to Naples Acura. He worked along side Matthew to make sure I got the car I wanted, got the most money for my trade-in, and got the dealer installed accessories that I was considering. He told me that if I ever needed anything, to give him a call. Marianne Sullivan made signing documents a pleasure. She, too, was personable and explained the documents in basic terms...it was quick! Scott was able to provide a good value on my trade-in as well as provide realistic financing options while also not being pushy throughout the process. Working with Francesca was terrific. She closed the sales process and went above and beyond to explain the numerous "tech" features in my new RDX, sitting with me in the car and helping me set-up the basic phone, audio, and navigation settings prior to leaving the lot. I have never experienced this in my past during previous car purchases. Marianne provided thorough guidance in walking me through the financing process.
