Chris Pugh is undoubtedly the most personable knowledgeable sales person I've encountered. He will go to the limit to ensure your satisfaction. Chris and Rob welcomed, entertained, nourished and kept us hydrated as if we were quest in their respective personal homes. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful; these guys made dropping this huge amount of coins easy breezy. GREAT Experience. More

My daughter was interested in a 2021 RDX, so she scheduled a test drive today. I asked the dealership if they allowed a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) from a reputable Honda dealership about a mil scheduled a test drive today. I asked the dealership if they allowed a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) from a reputable Honda dealership about a mile down the street. Sean Cassidy, the salesperson, asked his boss, Charles. Charles approved it. What Sean didn’t tell me was that he was going to go with my daughter and be involved with the PPI. I’ve done three PPIs before and never had anyone follow me or monitor me while I was there. Sean said it was protocol from Asbury Automotive Group, telling me, “I do have to accompany any guest that takes a vehicle off of our lot per Asbury compliance.” (photo attached) So I called three other Asbury dealerships in Atlanta and spoke to three different salespeople: Dennis with Nalley Toyota of Roswell said they allowed PPIs without monitoring and that it’s not protocol with Asbury. Oleen with Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta said they don’t send people to monitor, and it’s not protocol with Asbury. Shania with Nalley Toyota Stonecrest also said they don’t do that, and it’s not protocol with Asbury. He clearly lied! He even told my daughter, "Trust me, I have other things to do." We didn't trust him...at all. That was the problem. Not only that, he tried to social engineer the situation at the other dealership by tracking the inspection and speaking with the same advisor who was advising my daughter about the vehicle. He was also speaking with a tech. Optically, that didn't make my daughter feel good about purchasing a vehicle from a salesperson like Sean, who clearly lied to her about being there. And she paid for the PPI, $221. On top of that, the RDX sustained significant damage to various panels, as shown in the attached photos. Why is Nalley Acura (under the Asbury Automotive Group name) selling a vehicle with significant damage that they have had since February (photo attached)? I do wonder if Daniel Clara, the President and CEO of Asbury, would approve any of this behavior. You've been warned. More
