The experience was great with the staff and the service we received. Disappointed the parts needed to fix the issue were not available. This meant another trip back to the dealership and we would have to we received. Disappointed the parts needed to fix the issue were not available. This meant another trip back to the dealership and we would have to wait 2 + hours for the repair to be done. We live in Syracuse so this would be an inconvenience for us. No loaner vehicle was offered or was not available at this dealership. Overall the dealership staff and service is good. More
