The issues with my Caliber have been a guessing game. The service center was great! They listened to my (probably bizarre) explanation as to what all was going on, then they did their diagnostics and thoroug service center was great! They listened to my (probably bizarre) explanation as to what all was going on, then they did their diagnostics and thoroughly explained everything to me in ways I (not being so mechanically inclined) can understand. They were also understanding when I told them I’m just not sure yet if I want to put any more money into fixing this car, after having put approx $7,000 into repairs in the last 4-5yrs. I appreciate their professionalism & their patience with me as I absorb this information & try to decide what route I want to go next. (I still say take it out in a field & use it for target practice, or blow it up with a bunch of C4! Haha! More

Service was great, very friendly. Was not real impressed with your call center when I made appointment. I had to change appointment date, had to leave a message. When I answered the person on the other end didn’t identify themselves or say where they were calling from. In fact she didn’t even know who she was calling! She was like “um, hi is ahhh...gee I can’t find who I’m calling for, someone needed to change an appointment?” Not very professional, was somewhat worried about keeping appointment, was hopeful the service department in Mt. Pleasant better than call center. More
