2/4/21 had oil & fuel filters changed. Late 2/5/21 my coolant low light came on. Popped hood and there was coolant everywhere, but couldn't see where it was leaking from. Then noticed that my fan shrowd coolant low light came on. Popped hood and there was coolant everywhere, but couldn't see where it was leaking from. Then noticed that my fan shrowd had been pushed into fan and was mangled. It was in the same area that coolant was spattered. Called service on 2/6 and rep said he had to talk to his manager before proceeding and that he'd call before 1pm. Didn't get a call so I called several times but couldn't get anyone to answer, so I drove down to shop and talked to the rep in person. His response was, oh, yeah. I couldn't get in touch with my manager and I can't authorize for your vehicle to be towed here. Thats fine if he can't authorize a tow, but a call back like he said he would or even just answering the phone would be nice. More

Never, EVER returning there for anything. I’ve had nothing but issues nearly every time I’ve been there.
